Terms and Condition

• Our tour will start from thre airport and end at the airport..
• 50% payment has to be deposited at the time of booking,the remaining balance will have to be eposited on visa arrival.
• Only the Tawheed Umrah Travel Agency will have the right to chance tge date of departure of the tour.
• If there is sudden increase in the rates of travels tickets and visa,or in the tax,then the traveller will have to pay the increased amount.
• If the weight of baggage carried in the journey is more according to the airline ,then the travellers will have to pay according to the airline.
• The traveller will have to pick up load his own luggage.
• If the baggage of the traveller is lost during the tour,on the airline or the at any place,in case of accident,when the road is closed due to bad weather,Delay in the departure of a flight or bus due to winter,summer,rain,storm,strike,or the tawheed Umrah Travel Agency will not to be responsible for any delay or damage due to unexplained (not within our control) and the deposited amount will not be refunded.
• The People who will be staying with you in the hotel room od Mecca Sharif,it is not neccessary that the same people stay with you in the hotel room of madina Sharif.
• If there is any deficiency in the traveler's passport,ticket or visa during the tour and the traveler is stopped ,the tawheed Umrah travel Agency will not be responsible for it and the deposited amount will not be refunded.
• If a passenger dies during the journey ,then under the supervision of "tawheed Umrah Travel Agency" it will be handed over there ,any expenditure incurred thereon shall be done at the discretion of the Company,and no amount shall be refunded out the amount deposited.

• Any amount will not be refund after booking.
